Title: Valium After MDMA?

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone takes valium after MDMA, been told its a great way to get some sleep. Just wondered if there were any side effects, what dosage etc.. Also how long do you sleep for?

I'll usually take 1mg of lorazepam after a good roll, to ease the comedown into sleep. Valium is very similar, so I can't see it being that much different. No negative side effects, and I can sleep for a solid 8 hours. This is all providing I have a low benzo tolerance.

Yes any benzo is great valium and xanax or Klonopins have a much faster onset than the hour long onset of Ativan/Lorazepam,.
Personally i love xanax and Kpins the best.
